Based on the phage platform, Tek Biotech can build random 7-peptide library, 12-peptide library, 15-peptide library, etc. for customers, which can fully meet the different needs of customers. With Tek Biotech's affinity screening platform, the affinity ranking of different peptides or antibodies and target protein targets can be obtained in a short time (2-3 days).
Tek Biotech has M13, T4 and T7 phage display systems. According to the customer's project requirements, different phages will be used to display proteins, antibodies and cDNA. In the completed cases, the M13 phage pIII gene display system is more commonly used, and the constructed library capacity can reach 10^11, of which the effective library capacity is 10^9.
