Post-translational modification (PTM) antibodies are valuable tools capable of specifically recognizing and capturing post-translational modifications of specific amino acids on proteins (such as phosphorylation, methylation, palmitoylation, and acetylation). TekBiotech achieves this through customized antigen design (including immunogens, positive-screening antigens, and negative-screening antigens) and synthesis, animal immunization, and complete lysis of animal spleen cells or peripheral blood lymphocytes with TRIzol. Using phage display technology, the company constructs high-quality phage display antibody libraries (effective library size > 10?, library diversity > 90%, insertion rate > 90%). We design optimized screening protocols based on the characteristics of the screening antigens and target antibodies to obtain high-affinity, high-specificity PTM antibodies that meet the requirements of downstream experimental applications.
