Peptide-Drug Conjugate (PDC) Development Services

Peptide-drug conjugates (PDCs) have emerged as a highly promising new strategy for the development of targeted drugs due to their low molecular weight, good tissue permeability, ease of synthesis, modification, and customization, low immunogenicity, and low production costs. They are also a major research focus in the field of precision oncology and for the treatment of diseases involving “hard-to-drug” targets (e.g., PPI targets, i.e., protein-protein interaction targets) that are considered “hard-to-drug” targets. Peptide-drug conjugates (PDCs) are designed to precisely deliver highly potent cytotoxic drugs to cancer cells via targeted peptides, thereby achieving potent cancer cell killing while minimizing damage to healthy tissues.

Peptide-Drug Conjugate (PDC) Development Services
