Currently, the mRNA plasmid library focuses on CAR-T cell therapy, ADC development, the development of blocking targeted antibody drugs, and the precise design of tumor-targeted genes. These off-the-shelf plasmids cover CAR-T, ADC, and cytokine/antibody-related targets. They are ready to use without the need to wait for lengthy custom synthesis cycles, providing research teams and biotech companies with efficient and convenient experimental materials to accelerate the development of CAR-T therapies, cell therapy, cancer immunology research, and targeted antibody drug discovery.

Leveraging its proven mRNA synthesis and LNP encapsulation technology platforms, TekBiotech can complete in vitro transcription (IVT) and LNP encapsulation of off-the-shelf mRNA plasmids and ship them within 7–10 days, ensuring high encapsulation efficiency, high particle size uniformity, and low endotoxin levels to meet the needs of various applications, including in vitro and animal experiments.
