Affibody Screening Services

The affibody screening service is based on bovine antibody production technology. Bovines are immunized with engineered antigens (primarily designed to expose the natural functional domains of the target) to generate relevant antibodies. Specific B cells are isolated via FACS, and an Ultralong CDR H3 affibody library is generated through multiple rounds of PCR amplification. The relevant affibody sequences are then obtained through NGS sequencing and analysis. The affinity of the affibody screened by TekBiotech can reach the μM–nM range. Furthermore, the company designs appropriate screening antigens based on the structural characteristics of the target and combines them with customized screening strategies to perform the screening. (2) Detection the titer using an ELISA;

(3) If the titer meets the requirements, isolate PBMCs or lymphocytes;

(1) FACS dual-fluorescence sorting of PBMCs or lymphocytes;

(2) Total RNA extraction and cDNA synthesis;
