Animal Immunization Technology Services
TekBiotech provides customers with high-quality animal immunization services, including camel immunization, alpaca immunization, llama immunization, sheep immunization (goats and sheep), rodent immunization (mice, rats, guinea pigs), rabbit immunization and cattle immunization. With about 10 years of immunization experience, we can provide customized solutions and experimental execution procedures for customers' immunization requirements. The company's core competitiveness lies in combining phage display (Phagepro Tech®) and yeast display technology to achieve efficient screening of specific antibodies for customers in the future. In order to meet the application needs of antibody discovery and tumor target discovery for scientific research and pharmaceutical customers, in addition to conventional animal rooms, TekBiotech has built alpaca and camel immunization bases. Alpacas come from South America and other places, and the source of the germ lineage is clear. Through the company's nano-antibody discovery platform, TekBiotech can continuously obtain high-quality immune raw materials, and combine our company's mature phage display technology and yeast display technology platform to provide customers with high-affinity and low-immunogenic nano-antibody discovery services.
█ Animal Immunization Types
Alpaca Immunization | Camel Immunization | Cow Immunization | Goat Immunization | Rabbit Immunization | Mouse Immunization |
To ensure service quality, TekBiotech provides a one-stop solution from immunization, library construction to antibody screening. This includes immunization of alpacas/camels/rheas with customer-specified antigens, collection and separation of PBMCs, construction of nanoantibody display libraries, and efficient screening through phage or yeast display technology and corresponding downstream activity verification. This comprehensive service can greatly shorten the antibody development cycle, while improving the quality and diversity of antibodies, and meet the diverse needs of customers in the development of antibody drugs and diagnostic reagents.

Animal immunization technology is a technology that obtains specific immune responses by immunizing animals (such as mice, rabbits, sheep, etc.). It is widely used in the fields of antibody production, immunotherapy, vaccine development, and disease model construction. By injecting specific antigens (such as viruses, bacteria, proteins, etc.) into the body of the immunized animal, it is induced to produce a specific immune response, thereby obtaining the corresponding immune products (such as antibodies, immune cells, etc.). These immune products can be used for subsequent scientific research or clinical applications. Animal immunization technology is not only an important tool for basic research, but also provides key technical support for the biopharmaceutical industry.
Animal immunization technology is one of the important ways to obtain monoclonal antibodies and polyclonal antibodies. In the process of antibody production, the target antigen is often injected into the body of the immunized animal, and the animal's immune system will produce specific antibodies against the antigen. These antibodies can be obtained by collecting animal serum or B cells. For monoclonal antibody production, after the immunized animal is injected, the animal's B cells are collected, and hybridoma technology is used to select cell lines that can continuously produce specific antibodies. Polyclonal antibodies are obtained by directly collecting animal serum. The type of immunized animal, the immunization scheme, and the choice of antigen will directly affect the quality and yield of antibodies.
Animal immunization technology plays a key role in vaccine development. By injecting vaccine antigens (such as proteins of viruses, bacteria or their toxins) into immunized animals, the human immune response to antigens can be simulated, providing basic data for vaccine research and development. In animals, the immune system produces antibodies and specific immune cells, and researchers can evaluate the immune effect and safety of antigens based on the immune response of animals. In addition, animal immunization can also help determine the best immunization route, dosage, and adjuvant formulation of vaccines. In the preclinical stage, animal immunization experiments are a necessary step to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of vaccines.
Common immunization animal species include mice, rats, rabbits, sheep, monkeys, etc. Mice and rats are the most commonly used immunization animals because their immune systems are easy to operate and have rich immunological data support. Mice are particularly suitable for large-scale screening of antibodies and drug development; rabbits are often used to produce high-quality polyclonal antibodies because they produce higher concentrations of antibodies; sheep and monkeys are often used for more complex immune response studies, such as developing anti-cancer immunotherapy or studying the human immune system. The choice of immunized animals depends on the research objectives, the nature of the immunogen, and the required intensity and type of immune response.
The design of animal immunization schemes needs to be adjusted according to the type of antigen, the type of immunized animal, and the research objectives. Common immunization schemes include single immunization, multiple immunizations, and booster immunizations. Usually, animals first receive one or more primary injections, followed by booster immunizations to increase the intensity of the immune response. When designing an immunization scheme, the nature of the antigen (such as protein, peptide or whole cell antigen), immunization dose, immunization route (such as subcutaneous, intraperitoneal injection, etc.) and immunization schedule must be considered. In order to ensure the immunization effect, appropriate adjuvants (such as aluminum salts, dextran, etc.) are often required to enhance the immune response.
