(1) Analysis of the target protein–peptide binding site to identify mutation sites;

(2) Synthesis of a mutant gene library using the Trimer Condon technology;

(1) Phage display library screening: 3 rounds of screening;

(2) Random selection of single clone from the products of the 3 rounds of screening + sequencing;

(1) Gene amplification of products from the three rounds of screening in Step 2;

(2) NGS sequencing and sequence analysis of the products from the 3 rounds of screening;

(3) Synthesis of 1–2 peptides and detection of their affinity;
